Well, I just realised that when using Flattering Robe, you'll lose the +10% Crimson Rock bonus damage from Hero Magic Coat (even though you can add a +5% to +20 bonus MATK with enchants), even though you'll gain +50 to +150 MATK (150 on the level range able to use HMC). In a few days we'll see how both items compare, but now I wonder what Should I do with my Hero Magic Coats. XD

I'll try simulating both scenarios in my calc later. Still, an unenchanted Flatty Robe may not be the best armor for all situations. That +10% Crimson Rock is stronger than it looks like.

If Flattering Robe can't surpass the Hero Magic Coat in that aspect, it still works pretty nice as a dmg boost for other skills for example SE, sadly so hard to get one lel

it's quite simple. If flattering robhe increases your total matk by more than 10%, it surpasses hero robe. if it's exact 10%, then the robes are the same, if it's less than 10%, hero robe is better

I'm pretty sure it'll surpass even with non-enchanted, but by a small margin. Maybe it'll be a draw (Flatty Robe/Uncarded/Unenchanted vs. HMC with Agav).

only for sorc's pwave i don't think an unenchanted will surpass all the time only because having RM active on sorc is just a super big damage boost, and your sp pool wont suffer with Indulge. RM proc giving 300 base matk makes hitting the 1k+ base matk on sorc quite easy.

Yeah I think Flattering Robe will win even without enchant, I have a +12 Hero Magic Coat but it seems that it will become useless soon. Better sell it while it has a bit of value left.

Given the maximum number of tokens a character can get daily
and the tokens reward from the initial non-repetable quests, no one has made a robe yet.

I have been doing the dailies everyday and completed all (i think?) the initial prerequisite quests
and so far I have 970~ tokens.

I'll be able to make an Invective Robe this Monday. But I will use it. Not sell it.

I'll finish my first 2 on tuesday, but I wasn't doing all dailies from day zero. There will be one robe for sale on tuesday or wednesday, not sure, but I'll make the robe that the one paying more asks me to make. :heh:

lol 5m, I can give 1b but I guess the price is even more than this at the moment, after 2-3 months an unenchanted Flattering Robe should fall below 1b.

Yeah, takes quite some time to get it throught farm plus with those op effects it's not hard for it to be over the 1b. If that Furnace Hairband ever existed game community would go insane for us getting an item like that xD

Now that a good number of Invective/Flattery Robes are in the market, I feel especially lucky that I bought my Flattery Robe with 1.9b yesterday from a player. Currently they are selling for at least 2.5b, and I wont be surprised if some sellers manage to get it to 3-4b. We all underestimated how much the demand is for these robes, but apparently whoever farmed Honor Tokens with multiple chars will be extraordinarily rich after this week.

Selling > Flatty%20for%20Salel.jpg

Damn... I got Int rune 2 one time, but the other one was Luk something... why not another Int rune? :( *Ahem* Anyway, say hi to your friends in kRO, Sigma. :heh:

After seeing those prices, probably a lot of people will start doing the dailies frenetically, and prices will fall.

Umm, how many honor tokens does it take to enchant and reset your Flattery Robes? And can you reset one rune a time, or it will reset them both? Anyway, the market economic theory suggests that when there is sharp profit margin, more suppliers will enter the market, eventually driving the price to fall back to a relatively non-profitable condition. Thats why you want to be the first to the market to capitalize these profits before they go away, the earlier the better.

20 tokens each enchant
10 tokens to reset
can only reset a robe that has 2 enchants
will always remove all enchants

I see, thats so unfortunate. It will take 30 tokens per attempt(assuming it fails to get the optimal). You will need 300 tokens to enchant/reset it for merely 10 times, and thats far not enough to get you the desired result. To get Int3/Int3, or even Int2/Int2, you will likely need at least 3000 tokens.

Yeah, guess I forgot that you need 2 enchants, this only makes the matters worse...
