EDIT: Removed effect stones information since apparently Sigma1 already covered effect stones in his thread.

And more recently, kRO implemented an official Poring Village.

Kind of lazy of them to just slap on Lasagna assets for it, since it's going to stick out so much in the middle of Prontera Field.

Sad... when u have to rehash existing maps for new content, u know that means they are pointlessly after money and have no love for game creation and just in it for quick cash. Can't believe they would give up on their honor as game deva and become like the rest of those other types of people. Shame a real shame korea. Sigh

Would make more sense if the village was made up of junk that they've eaten over the years. Like Novice gears and cards.

Oh look, the Poring village is west of Prontera on one of the favorite maps to use Amulets. Newbies will love it.

 

Meh...just make a tame for every Poring-family monster, put every Poring type of monster there and let us collect them Pokemon style.

 

(Reminds me of the Poring Zoo mentioned by NPC Rob Fossil during the Criminal Activities quest)

It met a Magnolia and those are usually around the Sograt Desert. Things just heat up from there.
