I mostly do solo play/level with both GX and RG and share leech gears on both of them. I currently have 2 Evil Dragon Armors and was thinking to card one with Evil Druid and the other with Angeling. What's everybody's take in this?

 

Would highly appreciate any input on this. Thanks!

what lvl are your chars? speaking for GX, you'll mostly be lvling in NCT to 175, so bathory is prob the most useful

I forgot to mention that my GX is already maxed out and just do instances (OGH, NTF, ET etc) with her. I'm still leveling my RG and she's still at 142.

Think it's ok, evil druid Will be pretty useful on the instances you mentioned also will the angeling due to the elemental reductions.

evil druid is great for many instances

 

angeling though, its use is very limited. i prefer swapping kirin armor when i really need holy armor.

better leave 1 uncarded for now.

The rationale behind the choice of Angeling Card is to a have an armor that would cover multiple elemental resistance,  not just anti-Holy.

Would you recommend using evil dragon armor with RB RK?

Mainly for leveling

But yeah Undead for solo instance and Angeling for party instance (so you can get heals and buffs and also semi 25% to all other elements.)

Nah most of undead boss have a shadow atk Angeling will make you get one shot from boss skill.

Holy > shadow but then shadow > holy this two work as a counterparts of each other
Better use undead. Basically you use that evil dragon armor because of the leeching parts where you don't need healer.

On top of that most of shadow skill miss on undead aka soul strike will be miss.

Just leave it unslotted for resale value, you can always switch to elemental armor if needed when fighting hard hitting bosses.

Yeah, Angeling is a bit dicey, but Evil Druid seems like a good idea.

Why don't you try use holy armor and take dark grand cross from Fbh and his soul strike even hurt more.

And try use undead and take fbh dark grand cross and see it your self which one is better. On top of that his soul strike will miss.

FBH also casts grand cross (the holy one) tho

Tokens are easy to get, say hi to Merry Badger.

The bigger problem would be that Bishops will cry about bugged aoe buffs/heal unless you get moved to the bottom of the party list.

Evil Druid, undead is very useful for a ton of instances, and even places where you get hit with fire you can stack fire resist around it.

if you want to default an atk card, use watcher card. get back the sp you lose and have a solid +30atk all the time without fear.
