Hello there,i just want to ask something about runaway chip
The description is when the runaway chip upgrade it to +9,it will give 10% max hp and 50% max sp right ?
 

But,i just upgrade the runaway chip to +9 and i still lose my 50% sp and my max hp still same.

Is this a bug,or did i read the description wrong ?

From the description,seems like u need the whole set and a +9 chip to get +50%max sp and +10%max hp.
