Hooray an Egg festival! New Pet, new costumes and a few new consumables as well as a chance to get other taming items.
First off, the Quest is in Juno, so let's head there.
 
1. Once you're in Juno there are 3 Daily Quests for you to pick up.

1a. Speak to Festival Guide at Juno 142,155 and agree to help him.

He will give you a D. Burger (You will go kill Strange Egg  to use D. Burger to tame the Thief Bugs that appear)

He requests that you capture 10 of them. Capturing will give you a Something Fatal

[item=23296][item=25296]

Returning with 10 Something Fatal will reward 3 Clover Tickets

Update: The third time you do this quest you will also get 1 Costume: Egg Crispinette

[item=31197]

1b. Speak to Festival Deco Expert at Juno 165,153 and agree to help.

He requests you to get 10 Happy Three Leaf Clover

[item=25295]

which drop from

Clover Poporing and Clover Lunatic

After obtaining enough clovers return to him for 3 Clover Tickets

1c. Speak to Member of Happy Egg Festival at Juno 175,162 and agree to help.

She requests that you go kill 10 Happy Egg

After Killing 10 you can return to her for 3 Clover Tickets

 

2. Getting your rewards!
Go to the Vending Machine in Juno at 176,52

Speaking to the machine will give you some instructions and allow you to exchange your
[item=25294]for[item=23297]
Opening these will give you some random rewards.
These include some pet tames, consumables, and rarely costumes.

Nice guide, one of the better quests we have received.

Quest itself is eh, but the rewards are actually pretty...nice.

Some of the rare event tames are in the roll for taming items.

It was for Easter but it wasn't working when they received it so they had to fix it in the meantime and atleast we get it late instead of never. (Or next year)

did at 8 chars so 72 coupons. Not a single Teddy tame  . Am I just having bad bad luck... I give up doing it for now.

It's pretty rare, turned in 105 tickets today and got 3 tames, same yesterday got about 3 tames, so you are a little unlucky. Some of the tames seem to be clearly more common, Teddy bear is not among them =\
That and my 3 tames failed to tame yesterday =\

7 tames spent trying to tame a Teddy Bear, all fails, going to assume it's maybe 10% chance and the guy who got it on first try was mega lucky
