so is it possible ? can i farm with my high level character and then give those items to my new character ? and do diamonds transfer to other characters as well ?
sharing stuff with other characters on same accounts ?

If I were you I'd just create a new account and transfer using that account.

create another account, so you have two, then open another browser, log in the other account, now you have 2 accounts logged in at the same time, then proceed with transferring your items. EZ

As far as I know you can buy something from your other character using Dia through the market though I never tried it

Diamonds are account bound. So it was shared in all the characters of your account. If you want to create a new character, much better if you create a new account then login both at the same time to transfer the items you want.
