Description says reduce 20% of a neutral attack. I do not notice a decrease in damage from neutral attacks or even monsters with (Nothing) race and property. Tested on Elite Alarms on a manteau with and without card. No damage in reduction? Anyone else having this issue or maybe I'm not understanding the mechanics?

I dunno if this is true but. what if 15% chance to decrease damage.

I've experience it once on skel card but, it only last for 10 mins and then I see the effect of the card I dunno if my net connection has something to do with it?

raydric card works but it doesn't reduce skill damage from monsters and that's what you are prolly seeing. also, keep in mind monster damage range. they don't do consistent damage. damage reduction from raydric is quite noticeable on maps GH and above.
