This content has been implemented to KRO main servers last month.

Madogear has been improved to increase the convenience on usage.

 

1. Increase movement speed while Madogear is equiped, depends on level of Madogear license. On level 5. Movement speed is equal to knight with Pecopeco.

 

2. Madogear will receive natural HP recovery like normal state.

 

3. Increase weight limit by 1500 while Madogear is equiped.

4. Mado MCs usually face the hard time when they died, especially in instance, because of they will lost their Madogear.

So [Emergency Madogear] is added. Can be bought at Magic Gear Master with 1m zeny.

When using Emergency Madogear. Madogear will be equipped instantly.

Only mechanic who learn Magogear License can use it.

Has 3 minutes reuse time. Weight 300.

 

5. Now Madogear can use Teleport.

6. Madogear can receive partial chemical protection skills from alchemist classes, instead of full chemical protection only.

 

7. Add overheat counter. So player can watch out to prevent overheat occurs.

8. Add higher quality Cooling Devices to increases effectiveness of Cooldown.

Magic Gear Master will offer you to upgrade Cooling Device.

Cooling Device + 2m zeny > Advance Cooling Device.

Advance Cooling Device + 4m zeny > Special Cooling Device.

 

Cooling Device reduce overheat counter by 45 when using Cooldown.

Advance Cooling Device reduce overheat counter by 75 when using Cooldown.

Special Cooling Device reduce overheat counter by 105 when using Cooldown.

(Overheat counter naturally decreases by 1 per second)

 

Madogear characteristic adjustment.

Madogear will be adjusted as following list

1. Madogear won't receive healing from any recovery skills other than Repair.

2. Madogear movement speed can't be increased or decreased by anymeans other than Acceleration. (That means Madogear will immune to all slow debuffs)

3. Madogear will immune to stripping accessory.

Still cant cast smith buffs... When we get this, iRO staff could allow us to use black/whitesmith buffs on mado :/
We could do a votation, and if majority of players want this, this would be implemented. hum?

realy man, i'm very close to giving up iRO, anything we want will never become real, playing a game where players, that sustain server, feedback means nothing is very boring, we just eat all they throw at us, and nothing we want become done... Not counting lot of events and nice stuffs jRO and kRO make for their community, WHY WE CAN'T? Why jRO can and we don't? I guess it's all LIES. Thematic events, seasonal, special events for their countries commemorative days, and lot other things...

We still here, with all our 10 years old events, always the same events, always giving the same useless consumables that will become trash after month end, and here or there a "refine event" that adds 5 or 10% chance increase, and all these modified certs that have all their effects changed, sinking a lot of DOLLARS from players... feels realy bored. Only don't go away cuz i spend a lot of dollars and hope on this SH***

Not being able to cast smith buffs on Mado has always been a balance/limitation to it. It's not a bug or anything.

Not being able to cast smith buffs on Mado has always been a balance/limitation to it. It's not a bug or anything.

Maybe overpower and maximum overpower skills. But adrenaline rush, weapon perfection and maximize power looks more a "must have" than a "cut off for balance" skills.

Now, look it with this buffs...

DUDE, ITS SO OP, 15.1 make mech OP for pvm again, don't need buff, only this Mado buff. Cuz isn't logic a Madogear be slow like today, and one gear for recall it. Only Mechanic have a system which if you die, can't do anything... Well, just it.

I'm not saying it need a buff, but utility skills like adrenaline rush and weapon perfection won't make it broken, Maximum and Power thrust would
