I just traded x100 silver for two balloon boxes and got 2 soul boxes.... I read a post which a gasha box gave a person some chocolates but the balloon box doesn't say ''it can yield a balloon''

This isn't a bug. The Balloon boxes do not guarentee a Balloon.
