after the update i had a problem where i could not start my character i could only login and see them. but not use the begin button, when i make a new character and i use begin it's just showing the trailer for the beginning and then go back to my characters

hmmm wierd... did you try to use different browser.... or better to ask the support team.... send them a ticket...
