The Rules have been amended: 

 

- A Clan may have up to 4 Teams Registered,  but players may only enter once (no alt characters, we will check). Teams from the same Clan will battle one another at the beginning of the tournament before battling other Clans.

- Class restrictions: No more than 2 of each class per team

- Resurrections are fine and will be allowed

Pls clear this: "class" means 2nd job or 3rd job?

Visitor is not considerd a type of job, so in that case first job is hawker/dealer/muse/soldier.

Making second jobs everything after that sutch as; raider/scout/cleric.

Is there a level requirement that the chars have to meet to register?

Can the player change to a different char he/she also owns after registration is done?

If for some reason the player that were registered could not make it to the match, can someone else from the same clan takes his or her place?

Is the size of the battle area similar to the size of TG?

There is not a level requirement but it is advised that your characters be max level to give them the best chance at victory. 

Players cannot change characters after registration unless there is a pressing reason this should be the case. 

If a player cannot make the match, another player may take their place as long as they are not on any other team.

The size of the battle area should be similar to TG.

Here's a better question, what about Hybrids. You know like a Two Handed Knight, or a Staff Cleric, or a Wand Mage. Is it by weapon type & class or just Class. Because I bet you could get some stupid over powered comps with  2 Knight Tanks, 2 FS Clerics, and a Wand Mage.

Can my two chars on different game account join within two different team ?

Lets say:

team 1: my scout

team 2: my cleric

my scout and cleric are not in the same game account.

Is that allowed ?

We do not want players participating on more than one team. Allowing multiple teams from a Clan is to allow more players over all to be able to participate. 

 

Rewards will only go to participants in this event however (not the entire Clan)

How exactly you plan on verifying that people don't have alts in alternative clans is beyond me. There's some clans who don't even know they have someone's alt in their clan, let alone how the team plans to find out...

Alright I checked in with Genesis, the entire Clan for the winning teams will receive the T-shirt rewards, but only the winning team members will get the banners.

All participating Clans will receive a 'ROSE Online 2017 Summer Games' Tshirt in game

All winning Clans will receive all T shirt costume with their Clan logo incorporated on it (all Clan members will receive this reward)

The Grand Prize winner will receive a a custom Samurai Flag back item with their Clan logo incorporated on it and a consumable item package which will include premium time as well. (these rewards will only go to the winning team members)

 

We have also given a start date for the first round of matches! Join us on 06/23/2017 at 1PM PDT to see who will be moving on to the next round of the ROSE Online 2017 Summer Games!

We can try to stretch out the matches so the first matches of the day start at one and the second half start at three. I will discuss this with Genesis and announce more once we have all our teams and can match them up and find a time that works for most.
