Hello Community,
we aware that the scrolls to enter specific floors of the supergrounds (Drakos, VanCliff) are currently bugged. A fix is already done and I requested a maintenance yesterday already but because of technical reasons a fix can't sadly be implemented before Monday.
If you have used an IM scroll to enter one of the two dungeons which did not work correctly within the time the problem started (around Friday, 15:00 Server Time) please submit a ticket to the GM team.
