4 times in a row today, I've tried to fight the GateKeeper (Floor 10 Van Cliff).

Every single time, I get him down to about 20% health, and it logs me out and says "You have been logged out due to Abnormal Client Status. Error d;flkhasdl;fkdnhasl;jk"

It's done this to me a couple times before, but never 4 times in a row. Perhaps it has to do with using an EXP boost potion while running? I've killed him plenty of times in the past few days/weeks without an exp pot on, but today I figured I'd use one while doing my daily quests. Hopefully this helps narrow down the problem for you guys.

Edit: It just did it to me at Rahnoff too (Basement 20 Van Cliff).

If it's Error Code 0x00031, try unbinding your jump key.

what do you mean unbind my jump key? won't that make it so I can't jump?

Well, you don't *need* to jump for the Gatekeeper fight. Running up/down avoids all of his attacks.

I've just found that I only get Error: 0x00031 when I jump-cancel my moves. Thus, binding jump to another key that I don't normally use => no jump cancel => no d/c.

I'm a Dragoon. Jump-canceling's not absolutely necessary. Just keep spamming Spin-it-Bear and CrossCut after you're out of his attack range. o_0;

It seems key binding in general is rather buggy. If I switch my key assignments, I can't use the quantity input mechanism in the Market/NPC shops. Hopefully they take a closer look at this.

DragonSaga doesn't like skill canceling. If you skill cancel X amount of times in 1min( or something) It will D/C you.
i know this from skill canceling Chain Lighting to charge awaken meter, it'll d/c after like 20 times or something

For me, it's location based. I've only run into the 0x00031 at:

1. Gatekeeper
2. Ranhoff
3. CSS bridge

My current theory is that when you skill cancel and the server microspikes, it lag-runs you (like you see people occasionally do in pvp when you flinch/knockdown them) and then d/cs you cause you're not in the place it expects you to be in. Or in those 3 spots, you end up in an illegal area.

I've been d/c'd from lagging on warp jumps too, which I'd assume come from the same issue (being in some spot that the game can't handle).

But yea, could be from number of skill-cancels too. I've just always unbound/rebound jump keys at the 3 locations I've listed, cause I blew like 5 bubbles trying to do awesome stuff at the CSS bridge. (Settling for 4k kills each run isn't bad tho, I guess... );

I get that error all the time, but I don't even jump at the bosses >.>
