Hello, I have been unable to login to my character for around 24 hours now, all other characters gives me the wait box and shortly login to game however one of my character every time I chose it I cannot login I have been waiting for hours now and tried to logout of game and open a new clients hundreds of times now, but the same issue still here! When I chose my cleric I get the waiting... box and cannot use it. Any help please I want to login to this character and get going.

Try using the "check all" option on the launcher. That will make you repatch and hopefully fix your issue.   You might also want to be sure that ROSE is listed as an exception in your anti virus program. I know I have to do that every time we have a patch, otherwise my anti virus thinks ROSE is a virus and it won't let me log in.

 

If all else fails, you can always try a clean reinstall. Just make sure you save your capture folder if you have any screen shots you want to keep.

Open command prompt.exe

 

 

type in the following commands

Ipconfig /flushdns

Ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

 

 

try relogging again after your routers assigned you a new connection
