so apparently a +9 Enforcer Cape doesn't apply -11% aftercast delay

 

only works at -8% delay at +7

 

so when will this be fixed?

So you had 48% cast delay + 50% cast delay with strings o.O.. could it be a network problem? But yeah.... very close but also very....

Can this be confirmed or denied? i have a +7 i was thinking of upgrading tonight, now all of a sudden i am hesitant.

He's right, I'm so mad! It doesn't even give the +5% SP at +9. This is why I get so annoyed playing this game, nothing promised is ever given. Now i have to go submit this to the bug section and wait 2 million years to get no response or a fix. I hate this game. Made me buy enriched ores for nothing. ;LKDAS;LFALKFDSA;FSLK

I have a +9, no difference between a +9 and +7 (For non GX). But i upgraded mine anyway expecting them to fix it someday.
