Estoy buscando  y no lo encuentro dicen que es en armor craft pero no lo veo podrian ayudarme por favor.

 

I am looking for and I do not find it say that it is in armor craft but I do not see it they could help me please.

Look in Armor Craft on the Crafting Tab of skills. That's the skill tab you get as a dealer, not the one you get as an artisan.  Then from the pull down menu, click on Hair Accessory and you will find it.
