Campitor! Just some questions about EP. 16.1:

 

What are Valkirye's Power Fragments (one of Bijou's drops) for?

 

We have 2 NPCs that give out Mysterious Blue Boxes, one trades them for 30 Tokens (Logistics' Manager) and the other asks for 30 Rune Magic Powders (Corrupt Warden), given that in order to get the Rune Powders you need to fail on resetting a badge (300+ Tokens, for the badge and enchanting-resetting), is there any difference in the contents and item rates of the boxes given by one NPC from the ones given by the other?

i thought you said 'that' event was just going to be a one time thing.

They never said it was a one-time thing, and it's already happened at least twice anyway.
