I've been logged out because my internet connection is so bad,when the internet back to normal i tried to log in,but it can't connect to server anymore,i've try many times,but it doesn't fix.is the server is Maintenance? or my id / ip just got banned.i never use Bot as well,i was enjoyed the MMORPG game. thank you

There seems to be no problem with the Server right now but please rest assured that your account hasn't been suspended or banned (you would've receive a notice when trying to logging it).
If you need support, please visit https://support.warpportal.com and send a ticket to the Support Team.
Before doing so, try restart your computer and your router as well, turn off all those third party apps that might trigger the game's hackshield (speedhack, speed engine, macro jitbit, etc...). If the game won't work, then I suggest you to send a ticket.

Thanks for Answer my Problem before,Im not using any Third Party while in game,i just use VPN/Open DNS for better ping,i ought to restart my PC,but not yet.i must try what u suggest,thanks for helping.hope i can log in again
