Guys to unblock account my account has been block, please help me. thank you!

 In order to get the answers you need, you have to make a ticket.  Here is link to do that.   On the same page I linked, you can also create a special support account by clicking on "Register".  A support account will allow you to view and reply to your tickets at the website rather than waiting for an email.

 

If you prefer to communicate via emails, be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the emails are misdirected to spam.
