Recently found out there's a bug to this skill, and I just don't see the point of having it in the game anymore with how it is now, getting level 10 is insanely fast and really, players only use this skill for 3 levels then your auto attack damage will outscale the skill power damage. HOWEVER, In the scenario of playing a class that has high skill power passives, or armor pen, I think you get the jist .. It'd do more than your auto attack as long as you had the skill power % and + xxx to benefit to it.
With classes that are ranged, and you use double scratch, then proceed to spam skills after dual scratch is casted you will still cast other skills while in animation of Dual Scratch.
This needs to be either changed so that the ranged class(s) abusing this bug have to be close to the enemy in order to cast this skill like it's meant to be, or have it removed from the game please. At one point of time this skill wasn't castable unless you had a melee weapon equipped and you were next to the enemy player. Please look into this bug.
