Hm,on what part are you having trouble exactly?It's not that difficult IMO. :3

It can be a little frustrating I reckon that. Just some thingies to consider:

 

1. Once you enter the instace map your gears will be unequipped (but you can re-equip them fine)
2. There's actually an invisible timer for you to do the job change.
3. If you happen to die, wait for the timer to end instead of clicking the respawn button right away, that way you'll be warped back to the room with Valkyrie instead of your save point.  This will save you the hassle of traversing Odin Shrine again.
