​Well, the intended purpose of this accessory is to be able to spam Overbrand right?
​So I hope Warp Portal modifies this accessory for its intended purpose. (Just like how Imperial Ring got modified or fixed).

That was a translation error, it's cool down not cast delay so it's irrelevant for iRO.

the intended purpose of this accessory is to spam Overbrand.
If WP has to modify, and I hope they do, so be it.
They modified past OCP items so why not Imperial Gloves?

The only one item they did it for was Cylinder Headband, which was then fixed once the call was fixed. The call that jRO does is to reduce cooldown, which the current one would do. In jRO, the cooldown is 2 seconds and the cast delay is non-existent. The opposite is the case for iRO, much like how Sapphire Wrist reduces VCT for AB, even though iRO's AB has none. Nonetheless, it would be stupid to mirror jRO effects by intentional purposes.
