There is always a problem with distribution on such a large scale. We wanted to test if this would be a better distribution option.

Yup, thats why you have only 4 days to claime that free VIP

Yup is the event where are non-safe upgrade enriched have a boost rate increase and the +10 or high gears have a boost rate too.
