I'm about to gather the ingredients for one of the new hairstyle.

I'm just wondering if the free VIP gives the player that kind of benefit.

I'm just wondering if the free VIP gives the player that kind of benefit. 

Getting 4-day free VIP through the Power UP page means that you will not need a hairstyle coupon. In the same vein, no Covenant of Marriage required to get married. 

 

3 day mini-VIP obtained in-game does not do either of these things.

 

4-day VIP event grants all of the normal VIP benefits because it IS normal VIP.

At the very bottom, there's a list of differences for the mini-VIP.

I was able to add the free 4-day VIP to all RO accounts on my only WarpPortal ID just now.
