Hi can somebody help me. Im new in this game. I am now an alchemist base lvl 65 and i dont have the crazy uproar skill. Can i still do the quest after i trancend?

Yeah, you can do it any time after -- even as a third class.
But hey, if you do rebirth, you get your first class's quest-skills for free! So if you just rebirth you'll automatically have uproar, change cart, cart revo, etc.
