this is what i'm still seeing when I press the "Buy VIP and Points" in the Cash Shop.

He literally just gave you a ETA in the quote you quoted....

Did you register the account through Steam or through Warpportal.com?

 

General troubleshoot for "Payment Error":

• Disable any Adblock addon.
• Clear your browser cache folder.
• Try a different web browser.
• Use another device.

If that didn't work please send a ticket to the payment department, your account might be blocked temporarily from making any purchases.

Since steam won't let us create a free VIP product(it shows but only developers of that title can buy) we are instead inserting the time into the steam accounts directly.
