So the market atm is flooded with Green Creative Convention Hats and something i've been asked before since i'm desperately trying to sell mine too is that if the name included in my CC hat can be changed to the one of the buyer.
I know this was something usually done before since i saw a lot of pubs like"S> CC hat with N/C" but since many things change throught time and some people has told me it changed i wanted to confirm here.
1- Is the CC hat name changeable in case you sell it?
2- If the trade was done meaning the person has my hat must i send the ticket even without the item in my inventory?

As far as I can tell and generally speaking, the staff will not change names on costumes to new owner.

In the Green Convention headgear example from the Loading Entries thread, user can put in the name of the recipient beforehand when the loading screen is submitted. 

 

That being said, CM Astra might be best suited to answer this and clarify the name-change portion. You can also send a support ticket to request the same and see what's up.
