Either their E-Mail server is overloaded or WP wants to upset new players that would like to take advantage of free vip weekend. I personally tried to add existing accounts to my warp portal account without receiving an email. A guild member needs to reset their password and is not getting the email.
This topic is not about an issue that a ticket might fix. It is more for an understanding of the frustration new and returning players may be having. I would be pretty upset if I asked a friend to come back to RO and they go to reset their warp portal password and I have to spend an hour realizing the E-Mail will never show up because of warp portal technical difficulties. That would be the kind of experience that would turn a friend away from RO.
I hope it gets fixed soon but I think the frustration is already there.
