new wave glass reduce delay after skill 10%. if work on WL ?
now i have a dark lord illu but in think to change for solo leveling and not sure what about gear of WL

Work for every class that need aftercast delay reduction, you might having hard time to notice the reduction benefits if you wear that new wave sunnies without any other delay reduction gears.

 

If stacked let's say with diabolus robe and pair of expert ring/spirit king's ring you can clearly notice the reduction difference on your skill hotkey

Though it's only REALLY useful when casting Chain Lightning. Other WL spells have relatively low delay, as they are gated by cooldown.

now i have budget about 1b what gear i should have ?
and shadow set spell flow it good?

it reduces delay, it doesnt affects cooldowns.

If you want a 1B WL, you should try something like this (Prices from http://ragi.al in case you don't know this service yet):

 

+10 Crimson Rod - 138M - (You can try to +12/+13/+15 it later, or you can try to buy a couple boxes of 5 HD Bradium and at least +11 it now because right now refine rates are increased for a very limited time)

+9 Fallen Angel Wing - There's one for 555M right now, which is VERY CHEAP but the average is 600~650M FOR NOW, prices will surely rise. > Try to enchant it with Spell 18/19 (+30M)

Nightmare Ancient Mummy Card - 250 M > Put in FAW

Temporal Int Boots [1] (Buy temporal Crystals, which are averaging 300K ea now, make Temporal Int Boots and try to slot them. 6 Crystals per try, on average 3 tries for 1 success) - 5.4 M

Nightmare Verit Card - 15 M > Put in Shoes

 

This should amount to 965 M. IF you manage to buy that FAW and enchant it within 30M.

 

For armor and headgear, Eden's gears are ok for now. You may want a Diabolus Robe with Agav Card later or even better, a Flattery Robe (with no card for starters), that can be made within 19 days of doing daily quests from level 140 onwards. For Shield, you'll want a couple of Valkyrja's Shields for Nightmare Arclouse and Neo Punk cards, but this can wait. They'll be useful later.

 

Thinks to get later:

- Valkyrja's Shield [1] or Solomon's Key [1] or (very high end shield because there are only +10 onwards) Mad Bunny Special [1]

- +9 Ordinary Black Magician Hat (with Red Lichtern and Tibalang cards at least)

- +9 or Higher Celine's Ribbon (with Yellow Lichtern and Blue Lichtern cards)

- Nightmare Mimic Card

- Nightmare Arclouse Card

- Big Ben Card

- Neo Punk Card

- La'cryma Stick (+10 or higher)

- Pororoca Shoes

- Mob Scarf

I think its not very useful. It reduces Cast Delay by merely 10% and wont be very noticeable unless you stack this with other similar reduction gears. Also Warlock's skills are mostly affected by Cooldown, which the new wave sunglasses are unable to solve. More importantly, it prevents you from using glasses/sunglasses, so no MATK bonus from Mob Scarf.

You can, bakonawa extermination is one of the easiest profitable instance to farm with WL

Instead of Spellflow, buy Orlean's Gown with Agav Card. Buy spellflow later. The +9 FAW + Nightmare Ancient Mummy Card is a better investment right now. It will help you A LOT in leveling, and will keep being useful even after level 175.

 

For moneymaking, the best you can do right now, with any class is 16.1 daily quests. After that, Horror Toy Factory, and WL can do both. Also, killing Bakonawa once a week for a jackpot attempt.

if you can afford poporoca then get lacryma,otherwise grab the sod for lvling
