dokebi gives 1% matk and loli ruri sometimes heals you when you get hit.those two are cheap and useful

One question about Loli Ruri healing effect, does the heal effect trigger from her has any animation delay?

I use marionette for a chance of neutral reduction, wich is very useful

The chance of +20 Neutral Reduction as it is mentioned in the game description is it exactly 20 points or 20%?

Example:

-Before effect triggered 1000 dmg hit from Big Bell.

-After effect triggered 980 dmg hit from Big Bell?
