I was going through a series of main quests when I clicked this one and it prompted a cinematic -- one in which Head Scientist <Noel> activates a Blaze Tower. After that, when I proceeded to click it again to accept the quest, it doesn't do anything anymore. I tried clicking it, going to the journal page to accept it but it still doesn't give me the quest. Finally, I tried to go to the Quest NPC himself, and still there is no response.

I would like for this issue to be resolved, thank you.

I already tried filing a ticket regarding this issue but when the video is uploaded to 99%, it goes to this screen.

That's why I took to the forums to upload this video instead.

Please try the following:

 

Quit the game. Open your "MyDocuments" folder, search for the sub-folder "Dragon Saga Arcadia". In the "Dragon Saga Arcadia" folder you should find a folder "Users", delete this folder. (Make sure you're deleting the Users folder inside the Dragon Saga Arcadia folder) restart the game and try if it works then. (you're NOT deleting any game progress data).
