Just accept it we are thrown here and its up to us if we wan't to stay or to leave... IDK if it is just me or the management is trully 10000% ignoring thor's complains @__@ even our tickets isn't handled anymore... got a tons of pending tickets not even a single reply!

Keep on buying those OCP's Thorian's feed them and maybe someday you'r voice might reach them!

The GM staff are actively handling tickets, and there seems to be a volume of tickets this week so getting a delayed response is expected, your understanding on the matter is appreciated.
The tickets are handled in a queue system regardless the status of the user (VIP/Server), first come first serve.
If there's a ticket taking extra time to attend please let me know in a PM.
As for the regional pricing, I believe Campitor statement here still stands. Again, if you can suggest good payment processors of your region to the Payment Staff then that would be a step in the right direction.
