Does the bonus 5% of this accessory stack? Will you be able to get +14% aspd if you have 100+ agi and wear two of this accessory? Just making sure since bonus from accessories sometimes don't stack.

im pretty sure only combo effects wont stack, but ill leave to those who tested themselves this acc

that is not a combo effect, simply a condition to grant another bonus, and tied only to the item itself. So should stack
