im newbie here , i need help please tell me some step how i can refound point , to buy some item mall, i login to warpportal and click power up just happen this, i dont know how to refound,,,, please tell me, and if this game can refound from steam, please tell me to step by step,

You can't refund the money. To be abel to buy Item Mall points from the offical Warpportal website, you need to first buy Power and then convert it into Item Mall points. Am not really sure what your asking.
