i wanted to create a new character. when i try to create it with the name i picked it says "Name is currently in use". If i want to send an ingame mail to that character it says "Cannot find the recipent".

any idea?
character cant get mailed ingame because "cannot find the recipent" but i also cant create a char named like i want to name it because "its currently in use". hows that possible??
