Zero, just ask whether it will be in after next maintenance since it impacts my decision whether to buy more Safe to 10 Certs or not. If they wont add Enriched Hammer for this event, I will need to use ragi.al to hunt down cheap Safe to 10 Certs whenever they are available. I was more persistent at requesting jRO gears though. Just because I asked it doesnt mean I requested it, I am fine with or without it.

I dont know whats wrong with you, cant you even read? I was asking 'Will Enriched Hammer be in', not 'Plz put in Enriched Hammer I need it'. Like I said above, I need this information to decide whether to buy more Safe to 10 Cert(without Enriched Hammer) or just live with Enriched/HD Ores(with Enriched Hammer). Its funny you jump to stupid conclusion so quickly, and whether WL is weak or not is not even part of the discussion. Time to stop being a jerk, maybe?

Nope I am in no way trying to upgrade to +20, not even +16 tbh since it aint worth the risk going beyond +15. Anyway, I would not complain if they decide to add safe to 12/15/19 certs from kRO to make upgrading to beyond +15 feasible, but I am happy living with just +13 to +15 right now.

Yeah, but I thought it was something different, since it was a bonus from the Share the Banquet Event, which means we earned it rather than it was given to us. It lasted for like, less than two weeks? The EXP bonus just left us at the end of May, and a week later in Mid-June it was back. But just like I said, I am fine with or without it, just need to confirm that its coming back or not during this Refine Event so I can plan ahead. If there will be no enriched hammer during this Refine Event, I will have to acquire a good number of Safe to 10 Certs at cheap prices before the event ends. I've been keeping an eye on Ragi.al for this reason, need to grab the certs whenever a cheap vendor shows up. I dont think it hurts to ask a question just to confirm. If it will come, I use it. If it wont, I move on to something else. So no need to act like I was requesting it like some crybabies do, will you?

In fact I wish they keep enriched hammer in game for one week every month and bring refinement event back every two months. I already have couple items to refine. WP ... please lol

Be hold, you will be attacked by stupid trolls for asking this. I got flamed just because I asked if this refine event would eventually have Enriched Hammer or not. I didnt even request it, just for a simple information to make plan A/B depending on the presence of hammer, and look how this thread became of. Its frustrating when it hurts to ask a simple question nowadays.

Good point, its up for WP to decide though. I dont have a problem with ppls requesting anything, I dont request anything related to events but I've been actively requesting OCP gears for magic users. Still, its frustrating when you get flamed just when you inquire about a simple information, not even requesting lol.

No, GMs say some time ago they cant put Enriched boost rates plus safe enriched upgrade at same time (why? i dont know), but even if GMs can, will be stupid, imagine just how easy to made every gear to +10...well is already easy, but will be worse if that happen.

I see, that makes sense. In this case I will stack with Safe to 10 Certs, hopefully I can get them at cheap price.
