I saw someone running 4-5, it only lets me run two. Xtrap kicks me off. Any help?

I am going to assume there is no dev/GM staff online to monitor these types of player behavior. 

The individual you're referring to is VIOLATING the User Agreement and and Account Policy.

This means that the sub-contract company known as "X-Trap", would have to do an investigation to resolve this issue; the only way this will be fixed is if "Gravity Interactive" sends them a work order to do so. This would require monitoring, and someone actually seeing this happen first hand. Acquire each account that is violating the terms and agreement, suspend/ban accounts while someone at X-Trap looks over their software. 

This requires man power, which requires money; they are FIRST and FOREMOST a company, not a charity. If there were more people playing, possibly spending money at the Special Coin shops, the company would see this game as an asset.

No I do not work for this company, that is just how business is. 



It's a shame too, because I have completely fallen in love with this game because I am a fan of the Record of Lodoss War franchise.

Or they are using multiple devices, that's a strong possibility as well.
