Here's a brief FAQ on Ragnarok RE:START and all its fun components!

 

The head start event Headstart opens on 6/27/2017 at 5:30 pm PDT.

 

The live server launch will happen on 7/5/2017.

 

Unfortunately due to some obligations with our partners we will be implementing a block new account registrations for RO RE:START for users attempting to register from the Philippines. There is no limitations beyond normal for users connecting from elsewhere. This will not affect normal iRO registration or affect who can connect to the game servers to play.

I've tried this Classewal mechanisms before in Thai RO. It's alright. It's not that I know anything about Classic or Renewal mechanisms anyway ez ~

 

Maybe people can come up with new builds and styles. If it's the same Classic/Renewal mechanism, we all know all the most common/OP builds out there.

 

And isnt this the best timing ever since both Classic and Renewal WoE are both dead anyway. I'm down to PvM journey lmfao

most likely yes, as it has renewal mechanics it can support the release of the classes without a major change in the game build.

So, it says we should be able to make an account on the 20th (Today) but it's not in the games list yet to make accounts for?

Edit: did they use the same form for ROJourney? Seems like you can't pre-register with emails you used for ROJourney or it says you already applied.

pRO one is just this, they just haven't gotten to renewal content yet.

 

Seems like gravity is going to open these mixed servers all over the place, i expect to hear something for bRO soon.

So i no was wrong, is like the actual "Classic" from here (in iRO) is all about Pre-renewal, but with all mechanics from Renewal, Rodex, all OP gears from Kafra shop and formulas as you said... if is that so, then i pass, is not about i dont like, but as i see the actual "classic" is more dead than PvP in Renewal...

Would make more sense if these servers were using pre-Renewal mechanics with Renewal UI and they're just slowly adjusting Renewal content to it. Since it's not, these servers don't really make much sense at all since it's not pre-Renewal content that people are interested in, it's the old mechanics.

So first thoughts, I saw this coming a long while now, but the questions on the top of my head:

Why update every month? That really is rushing it straight to Renewal, where third classes will see a large drop off in population.

 

Kafra Shop plans? Because if its just going to be broken 3 months into the server like Classic was, then why even bother.

I would rather see their resources go to improving the regular RO, but if they think this will work. But for now I'll just wait for more info.
