Bought WPE now I cant use it

So some how the game was leading me to the Warp portal website to buy WPE and I did. And thats when I realized you cant convert those WPE into Gems. Now of course i see that it was bugged when it sent me to warp portal and its back to normal now telling me to spend more money. How do I get back the 1000 WPE or convert it into GEMS. I know WarpPortal doesnt do refunds soooo what now?

Yup i just got sucked right into it. I have got wp energy but i can't convert to gems because the page show empty spaces where the conversion options was suppose to be. Any help on this?

I just got an email a few hours ago about my issue. I sent a ticket to them via warp portal and it Took a day or two for them to get back to me but atleast now someone at warp portal knows. Hopefully she'll be able to fix my problem.

I definitely recommend sending a ticket in from the warp portal site. Hope they can help you too.

I'll reply back if I hear anything else.

Just throwing it out there for those who have the same problem as mine. Well the numbers as my name are usually steam created warp portal account. These accounts are not entitled to use warp energy. However, if you accidentally did what i did by buying warp points to exchange for gems in RO:J then you should submit a ticket to rectify it. They will manually exchange the warp energy to gems but the catch is this is a one time process. So now i am waiting for them to exchange it for me. Good luck guys

Its just as he says. I'm now just waiting for them to exchange my points. I won't make that mistake again since it's kind of a long process

I think you can send a ticket to them to change the all-numbers nickname that Steam gives you so you can have a nickname of your own choosing. Maybe that will make it easier and will entitle you to buy WPE points.

Also, its spring break so I guess they must be flooded with tickets from kids on break and it takes them a while to get to your ticket

I am just w8 since 8 days to get my gems whit the same issue and i dont even get any answhere about the ETA

Good news guys it worked. They transfered my WPE into my Ragnarok Journey account..... that took awhile.... and it would be perfect if......... all my Gems didnt disappear after i tried to transfer them into Diamonds. This happened to me twice already! The first time I tried to transfer 400 gems into 160 Diamonds. I got a message that said payment failure and LOST ALL MY GEMS!@!!!@!@#%*

 

I made another ticket for that... now once they finally transfered my 1000 WPE to my account and I try to turn them into diamonds i lose all my gems again, this time losing 1000 GEMS!@!#$!#$!@#$!@$ Ugh I hope they can fix this. I still havent got my 400 gems back... now I've lost 1400 gems....

That is because it actually loaded to your web version account. Try logging in with browser.
