Due to the rigid start time of the guild dungeons, while recruiting players I've encountered many who are sad to hear I'm only looking for people who can attend the guild dungeons. The start time isn't always convenient for me either. Since guild dungeons are such an important part of progression for players it can almost be enough to decide the game is unplayable if you can't attend. I can't imagine it'd be too difficult to put a 24 hour timer at the start of each guild dungeon to keep it fair for everyone (which is what I imagine the current time restriction is intended to do). This change would achieve that aim with far greater success in my opinion, and should be implemented immediately.
