Already planning to get the boots and the armor, but I'm not sure about the cloak.

 

Currently I'm using:

+9 EMH w/Dolomedes

Sunglasses with Dolomedes

Well-Chewed Pencil

Double racial miniguns and a tempest for general purposes

Glittering Jacket w/Sentinel(gonna replace with Felrock's)

+9 HBP w/no card(90+ in AGI and DEX)

Airship Boots(Gonna replace with Felrock's)

RWC Ring w/Zerom x2

Basic Shadow set(the one dropped by the Mysterious Bugs)

 

The set bonus for the Felrock's is pretty sweet, but that would mean giving up my HBP. Is the set bonus for Felrock's, plus the bonuses from the cloak, worth giving up 90+ DEX and AGI bonuses from the HBP?

No, but if you are aspd / crit build +9 Felrock's Boots is a must to get

Yeah, I'm definitely going with the boots, and the bonuses from the armor look to be superior to the Sentinel Card so I plan to go with that as well. Guess I'll keep the backpack then and forgo the set bonus.
