Is it only affected by base hlt/hp? or hlt from soulcraft/set effects are affected too? a single 8* max hp card which is 10% max hp is on par w/ a +30 hlt 2 parts god set on a character w/ 632 hlt. Removing 1 part of the god set i lose 3k hp i also lose 3k hp when i removed the gear w/ 10% max hp card.

it is a simple calculation. a lvl 85 character gains around 46 hp for 1 health. having 1000 health would give you around 46000 hp. If you have something that gives a % of max hp, is it soulcraft or a socket card or even a buff, this buffs scales with the amount of hp you gained by health alone. the % max hp doesnt scale with additional hp from set effects or so on, only from the hp you gain through health stat( this counts for the final health you gain, so all stats added, like god sets etc.)
