I accidentally deleted all the Marfa's Teleport Scrolls for one of my characters and now I can't conveniently teleport from 1 map I've visited to another.

I have a few on other characters, but I can't recall how I got them. Where or how do I get the Teleport Scrolls?

It's paying for covenience item. You should use those 10 scrolls smart, not at the first levels of your character, i think later you will get 10 more but not sure
