The item in question should be working, if not then other items with the same call will not be in effect (e.g Cat Ear Beret [1]). Can you please describe how the tests are being conducted and the current upgrade of the item?

 

Note: It has been verified that the item at +0 (+3% to demi human) is working appropriately.

i have done my tests... and yes only the +3% to demi is working and the additional % on upgrade past 5 is not working!

From what I heard, it will end at the end of this month, so after this week's maintenance most likely. Someone suggested that the Refine Event be extended till next week, and Campitor said 'why not' but it was clearly a joke. If you have unfinished business with refinement, its recommended to complete your actions before Thursday.
