new wave glass can reduce delay with OB for spam skill ?

and the second the RK IB is good for start to end game RK IB is good PVM more than DB RK
becuase im plaing RG and annoy of OB ;(

You can reduce OB cast delay, but by wearing new wave sunglasses alone you'll only feel 0.2 second reduction out of total 2 seconds cast delay

 

IB is good until early 130-ish levels, beyond that party prefer DB RK due to higher dps (spammable) and ignoring hit check perks.

 

 

While IB perks is you got the flexibility of adjusting your elemental damage to your enemy element weakness by wearing specific elemental weapon / elemental converters / skill or item scroll like aspersio,etc

 

but fire element still the most advantageous for IB user, due to how the skill formula works
