Maybe I've really forgotten fundamentals since I last played like five years ago, but I cannot for the life of me kill mobs if enemies with flash combo as a Sura. I'm level 105, picking up where I left off. I have decent (ish) equipment from back then but I never got a character with capital started so I'm still financially a newbie. Anyway, my specific question:
I have high enough Dex that I have 95% to hit on the mobs I'm trying to kill. I zen my spirit spheres, let the mob catch up, and fire flash combo, I see Tiger Cannon go off... and half the enemies are totally undamaged, and then I'm taking damage without my primary AOE skill to kill them. Why is it missing half the mob? I really don't understand... I've watched youtube videos. They have more spirit spheres than I am so they don't have to zen after a snap, but I honestly cannot figure out why I'm not hitting my targets half the time.
Can someone explain? Am I missing some fundamental quality of mobbing that I forgot about over the last five years? I'm getting very frustrated...
Edit: I'm an idiot. The SECOND I posted I figured it out. The AoE is around the TARGET, not around me.
