I encountered a bug when do main quest, and now I can't proceed. There's no bug report thread yet, and from the look on Technical Support, not a single question was answered.

Uhh isn't cinnamod is VM for RO? Can  I ask her for Lodoss? There's no ticket departement for Lodoss yet >.< on ticket.

I was doing Main Quest Hero of Town and finished step 4. The NPC (Masha) direct me to Filmer to finish the quest. Unknownly I have full bag capacity so I can't receive the reward. After I clear my inventory space and talk to Filmer again, I still can't finish the quest as Filmer didn't give me reward (He told me to go to Parn but Parn didn't have quest mark above him). The quest log of Hero of Town is marked unfinished, and NPC Filmer still has quest mark above him. I can't advance to next step of the main quest. Is there any way to reset the quest?

Thank you for the information.  Out of curiosity, does abandoning the quest and re-accepting do anything? 

 

Edited:  Got some extra advice. 

 

You could also try checking your mail to see if the item was sent that way and of course relogging to see if it refreshes. 

 

If all else fails I would recommend contacting the JC Planet Support .  

 

Please tell us if you continue to have issues.

I've tried giving up the quest but I'm not allowed to abandon it, because it is the main quest. Relogging doesnt help. I haven't check the mail, I'll do that later. Cinnamon advice me to sent ticket to RO support, and looks like they investigating it.

Me too Can't seem to move on on my quest on tthe Elisa NPC part because I can't buy a low level battle medicine. I am short of 2 adventure association seals (only have 3). Am I doomed?

Hi Setsuna! I don't know how crucial it is to have that quest completed early, but I do know Association Missions as well as higher level Elimination missions do grant you Adventure Seals.

Noted on this. Actually, I can't go outside due to without finishing my Association Missions inside

Checked my mail, no reward sent except from daily attendance. Still waiting for the ticket response. And now I'm confused, who is responsible for this game? WP or JC Planet? The one responded is RO Support

It may be possible you'll have to drop the quest and do it over; or you picked up another quest that interferes with that quest. I've had that happen to me a few times, do all the side quests and get them out of your quest log, try the main quest up again. If that still doesn't help then it's an internal error in the script of the game and requires a dev.
