Can anybody tell me what are those color full on the right hand side of the screen of this image. is that skills or items?

 

1.if skills, what kind of job?

2.if items, what kind of items? where or can i get it? how can i make it?

its a buff.

The 1st 5 buff if you enter eden group there a NPC near Left side, but those buff are exclusive only for VIP duration 10mins. 

and the 6th & 7th buff are just food item short duration.

FYI, you can hover the buff yourself to find out about the buff / debuff , the description, and how long the duration is.
