Someone's suggestion :

 

+12 Palace Guard Cap -  12%
3D Glasses - 5%
+9 HBP + Deviling Card - 60%
+12 Immune Shield + Tatacho Card - 32% (unsure if the card will stack/work on elemental monsters)

Skin Temping + 5% (blacksmith)

 

anyone tried??

 

Seem more and more op eq are added, maybe it can be done now?

Basie shadow set count??

i think max was 97%, tatacho doesnt work this way, and its far from necessary

I'm not sure but you can't do it now.

 

Episode 16.2 brings a robe that gives a lot of neutral % (3% per refine)

 

Fun fact : Rebel has a weapon on kRO and it gives 30% neutral resist,rebel can surpass the 120%

 

P.S: Tatacho is resist to neutral mobs,not neutral atk (correct me if im wrong)

You absolutely can stack 100% (or more) neutral resist, the issue will be that you won't actually soak 100% of all damage since there seems to be some portion of attack that bypasses neutral resist. 

 

I believe a portion of the basis shadow set works like a tatacho card and not like a raydric, but the immune shadow + athena shield should bridge the gap. 

 

As a mech specifically, you can also get 9% neutral from the verus armors (though very unlikely to get 3/3/3% on the enchants.)
