The max ASPD on Renewal is 193. So I can assume that will be the max on Restart if it is Renewal mechanics.

200 ASPD is 0 delay between attacks ([200 - 200] * 20 = 0), which is infinite attacks per second.

ASPD is an expression of how close to 200 you are, but it caps at 193.

Since the re:start will be limited to 2nd classes for a while, the max functional ASPD will probably be 190 -- but if/when 3rd classes land, we'll get to 193.

Thanks for your replies.  This will be my final post for today so I hope you can reply as much detail as possible.

 

Is there a guide on the forums how to get this?  Aside from the the link provided by Milky please, if you can help me with the details I need like equip or boss card and also how to get it.  I am willing to buy Kafra points for this.  Please exclude items like foods, awakes are possible.

There are a lot of different builds and ways to get max ASPD, so much so that there's no simple answer to it. I'd suggest checking each class section and seeing the ASPD builds there (often physical or crit builds are ASPD based). RK and GX have two well fleshed out guides stickied in their respective threads.

Depends on the player's class, equipped Weapon Type, Speed Modifiers, AGI and DEX.

Well, Doppelganger Card will be very good as of this moment.

 

Knights can easily reach 190 aspd. Use the calculator for it so you can plan ahead. THQ, serk, Inc Agi, Muramasa?

 

DD is not really easy to reach 190 aspd as of this moment. Katar will still be the best.

AGI can be really confusin' sometimes the DEX got more punch than

ur regular maxed out ASPD FLEE or Dodge crap strategy.
